SOEBEDAR is a luxury footwear brand launched by designer Sieta Soebedar. Sieta is a graduate of the Management, Economic and Law course at the University of Utrecht (The Netherlands). After graduation she began a career in insurance. With her passion for design and fashion sense she decided to follow her dream in the fashion industry. Fascinated by shoes and inspired by Italian tradition of high craft and luxury she made her first step in the footwear world, the prestigious shoe making district Parabiago, a location where for decades some of the industry’s most skilled artisans have been making luxury footwear for the finest names in fashion. After a long journey of learning the shoemaking craft from scratch, working with various artisans and suppliers, Sieta launched her debut collection for Fall 2015.

Each shoe is handmade in Italy using the finest leather skins, fabrics, mesh panels, lace and highest quality standards. Emphasis is on creating luxurious, elegant, feminine yet wearable footwear for the modern woman, which is a perfect balance between Dutch design and Italian Craftsmanship. 

SOEBEDAR shoes has been featured in numerous international magazines and gained quickly the attention of Hollywood stars. The “Shania” pump in mesh and patent leather became an instant hit among celebrities as Selena Gomez and Joanne Froggatt. Other fans of SOEBEDAR  include Jessica Alba, Riley Keough, Maria Sharapova, Darby Stanchfield, Kristen Stewart, Linda Cardellini, Krysten Ritter, Emily Ratajkowski and many other celebrities.
