Vineyard: Castellinaldo, Piedmont, Italy - The vineyards are south-facing and cultivated in this region for a long time. The position is south, south-east, east, and north, and the average age of the vineyards is 10 years.
Type of soil: Clayey-limestone
Wine-making process: Double-harvest method is chosen for this relatively young, fresh and fruity wine. The period of harvest, end of September, is chosen in deliberation of the sugar and acidity levels.
The fermentation is done in stainless steel casks with temperatures of 25 - 26° C, allowing for nice color, fragrance and aroma. The wine is transferred from the stainless steel casks to traditional casks for six months before being bottled.
Tasting notes: The scents reminiscent woodsy undergrowth and black cherry. In the mouth, the wine is mighty but very soft and smooth at the same time.
Serving Suggestions: This wine pairs well with rich soups and meats, and with soft or rich cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature: 18o C

The delivery schedule is based on the first working day from processing. All orders placed before 11am will have that day included as a working day. All orders placed after this time, the first working day will be classified as the next day after the order is placed.
First-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address, in relation to your security. Clients may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.
All orders are shipped via DHL between 1 - 2 days of time of order. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.
